Maneuverability

The Genie Z45 is designed to get you in and around your project quickly, easily and most important, safely. This boom offers 25 feet of horizontal reach, up and over clearance of over 23 ft. 6in., 6ft. inside turning radius, 139 degree range of motion and an oscillating axle on both the 2WD and 4WD models. It also offers a non-oscillating axle on the 2WD model. Rough terrain air tires complete the ease of maneuverability.

With a 6 foot all-steel platform that has the capacity to lift over 500 pounds, the Genie Z45 offers enough power for those big jobs. This 30 x 72 platform comfortably fits two workers as well as their tools. The Genie Z45 platform offers 180 degree hydraulic rotation, an automatic platform leveling system and a back-up manual hydraulic system and an AC power outlet. Some platform options for the Genie Z45 are a platform swing gate, work light and a control box cover.

Fully proportional controls are found on the Genie Z45. The ground controls are easy to read because they are located at eye level. This control panel has an easy to read auxiliary power switch, emergency stop, key switch, hour meter, horn and a tilt warning alarm should the boom start to tilt. The Genie Z45 also offers the drive enabled system, which informs the operator when drive functions will move opposite of controller movements.

If you do not want to have a diesel motor, you can choose to buy the dual fuel (Gas/LPG) motor. AC generator packages in 2500, 3000 and 3500 watts are available. A cold start package as well as an alarm package complete with beacon is available. The Genie Z45 is available in 2WD or 4WD. Foam filled, non-marking and floatation tire packages are also offered.
