Okay, it happened.
Your lover just told you that it is over.
Whether you expected it or not, it happened...
and it sucks! How are you going to get on with your life? Is it even possible to survive a break up let alone get your ex back? YES, both questions are completely possible.
First we have to get you calmed down though.
You have probably heard the expression "Time heals all wounds.
" Well, it is true...
but that sucks.
Who wants to wait for a bunch of time to pass to heal these wounds? I know I didn't want to, and I didn't have to either.
I didn't have to because there is a process that can put your emotions past the painful phase and get your head on straight.
This process is essential to being able to survive a break up.
The first thing you need to do is focus on this painful feeling.
Think about how you feel and it and where you feel it.
You probably feel it in your chest...
hence the term heart ache.
Focus on that pain so we can proceed to the next step in how to survive a break up.
Once you have figured out exactly where and how you are feeling that pain, there are a few things you need to ask yourself.
Whether your answer is a Yes or a No does not matter.
You will see why.
1st - Can I allow this feeling? 2nd - Could I let go of this feeling? 3rd - Would I allow myself to let this feeling go? 4th - When will I allow myself to let this feeling go? Now focus on the feeling again.
Does it feel any differently this time? It should feel differently; this means you are already beginning to survive a break up.
You are going to want to do this a few times a day...
maybe 2 or 3.
Now that you have convinced yourself that you can survive a break up, it is time to focus on how to get your ex back!
