- 1). Apply a pea-size portion of prewash laundry stain remover directly to the eyeliner stain. Let the stain remover permeate the stained fabric for one minute.
- 2). Set the washing machine on a cool water setting. Add oxygen bleach to the water according to the label's instructions. Place the stained garment in the machine and wait for the entire washing cycle to complete.
- 3). Remove the garment from the wash machine. Examine the fabric for remaining eyeliner. If the stain remains, place a non-dyed towel on the back of the affected fabric.
- 4). Pour 1 tsp. of dry-cleaning fluid onto the towel. Let the fluid permeate the towel and absorb into the remaining eyeliner stain. Allow the fluid to dry on the garment.
- 5). Repeat the first two steps to completely wash out the eyeliner stain and dry-cleaning fluid.
- 6). Lay the garment flat and let it air-dry completely.
