How do I Configure XP to Start Ie7 & Web Site Automatically at Startup?

    • 1). Open Internet Explorer (IE) 7. Select "Tools > Internet Options" from the menu bar.

    • 2). Select the "General" tab. Add the web page you would like to load automatically in the text field beneath "Home Page." Click "OK," and exit IE. This sets the desired website to load automatically when IE7 is loaded.

    • 3). Right-click the "Start" button, and select "Explore." Click "Programs" in the left-hand sidebar.

    • 4). Right-click the icon for Internet Explorer 7, and select "Copy."

    • 5). Select "Programs" in the left-hand sidebar again. Locate and right-click the "Startup" folder, and click "Paste." This adds Internet Explorer 7 to the list of applications that will automatically launch when the system boots up.
