- 1). Insert the USB cable into the USB port on the scanner. Plug the other end of the cable into a USB port on the network hub.
- 2). Connect an Ethernet cable into the network hub, then insert the other end of the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port on the computer.
- 3). Power on the network hub and the connected scanner.
- 4). Insert the driver installation CD into the computer connected to the hub. Once the installation wizard appears on the screen, follow the prompts to install the driver. Repeat this process with all other computers connected to the hub.
