- 1). Press the "Home" button on your iPod touch.
- 2). Tap the "Safari" icon on the device's home screen to launch the iPod touch's native Web browser.
- 3). Tap the address bar at the top of the screen, then type in the URL for the Mediafire hosted video or audio file, and then tap "Go." The audio or video file's Mediafire page loads.
- 4). Tap "Click Here to Start Download from Mediafire." The audio or video file starts downloading and opens in the iPod Touch's "Videos" app. If the audio or video file is not supported by the native "Videos" app, a menu screen may appear with options to open the file in another app. This can happen if you have a third-party media player app already installed on your iPod Touch, such as "CineXPlayer," "FlexPlayer" or "yxplayer2 lite." Tap "Open in (name of app)" to play the file with the third-part app. Depending on how the app is configured, you might be able to save the media file to your iPod touch after playing it.
- 5). Tap "Done" when you are finished listening to the audio or watching the video.
- 6). Tap "Browse (user name's) Shared Files" if the uploader is sharing other files on Mediafire. A list of the shared files appears. Tap the link of a file that you want to listen to or watch. Information about the file appears, including keyword tags and a description provided by the uploader. Tap "Download" to start downloading and playing the file.
