- 1). Plug your iPod Touch into your computer using the provided USB cable.
- 2). Open iTunes if it does not open automatically.
- 3). Click once on the name of your iPod Touch in the left-hand navigation menu.
- 4). Click "Info."
- 5). Make sure the box next to "Sync Contacts" is checked. Select the program on your computer you want to sync your contacts to from the drop down menu.
- 6). Click the "Sync" button. All of the contacts that you've manually entered on your iPod Touch will then be transferred to your computer along with any other information you have set to sync.
