- 1). Load a nail gun with spiral-body nails per the operating instruction manual.
- 2). Set a wood sheet onto a metal frame. Align the corners of the wood sheet with the metal frame.
- 3). Lock the wood sheeting in place. Place one pair of self-locking C-clamps at each corner of the plywood. Make sure you have both the wood and the metal frame between the jaws of the self-locking C-clamps.
- 4). Align the nail gun with one corner of the wood sheet. Push the tip of the nail gun against the surface of the sheet. Pull the trigger of the nail gun to fire a nail through the wood sheet and into the steel frame.
- 5). Loosen and move the self-locking C-clamp from the nailed corner. Move the clamp midway between the nail and the next wood sheet corner.
- 6). Shoot one nail every 12 inches until you secure the wood sheet to the metal frame. Remove the C-clamps after you secure the wood sheet.
