How to Check Files Visited on a Computer

    • 1). Click on your computer's "Start" button and then click on the "Control Panel" icon in the menu that appears.

    • 2). Click on the "Appearance and Personalization" icon in the "Control Panel" and then click on the "Taskbar" option. Click on the "Start Menu" option in the "Taskbar" menu.

    • 3). Click on the "Privacy" tab in the "Start Menu" window and then click on the small box next to the "Store and Display Recently Opened items" text.

    • 4). Click on the "Customize" option at the top of the "Start Menu" window and then click on the "Customize Start Menu" option. Click on the "Recent Items" box and then click the "OK" button to close the window.

    • 5). Click on your "Start" menu and then click the "Recent Items" option to view the most recently viewed documents on your computer.
