- 1). Run regedit by going to "Start" in the bottom left corner and typing "regedit" in the search box.
- 2). Within the folder group on the left press the plus sign next to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE," "SOFTWARE," "Microsoft," "Windows," "CurrentVersion," "OEMInformation."
- 3). Under the "Name" column on the right there should be "Logo" and "Manufacturer" files. Under the "Data" column, double-click the data box corresponding to "Logo." This data is the path to the ".bmp" image file that is your current logo. Navigate to a different .bmp file if you'd like a logo of your own. Give it a blank path if you'd like to not have a logo.
