- 1). Open the old wall oven door to the first stop position. This is the usual position for the door when you're broiling food.
- 2). Grasp the oven door at the sides with both hands. Lift the door straight up until it clears the hinges. Place the oven door out of the way.
- 3). Lift the new oven door by the sides. Align the hinge slots at the bottom of the door with the hinge arms on the oven.
- 4). Slide the oven door over the hinge arms until the door is straight and completely seated on the hinge arms. Often you will hear the hinges click into position.
- 5). Operate the door to ensure the door is straight. If the door is crooked, remove it as before and reinstall it.
