- 1). Click on the "Start" button in the lower-left corner of the computer screen.
- 2). Right-click on the "Networking" icon and click on "Properties."
- 3). Click on "Manage wireless networks" on the window to the left.
- 4). Right-click on the network in the "Networks you can view and modify" list whose properties need to be configured.
- 5). Make the necessary changes to make the network work, such as the encryption method, username and password, or passkey. If this is your home or personal network, your router's settings or manual should have the information. Click "OK" when done.
