- 1). Insert the XP CD into the HP XG836.
- 2). Click "Install Windows XP" and select the "Upgrade" option.
- 3). Click "Accept" for the license agreement and enter your CD key number.
- 4). Click "Next" to begin the automated upgrade procedure for your XG836.
