- 1). Cover the front of a blank face mask with craft glue. You can find a blank face mask at any craft supply store.
- 2). Cover the glued area with brown feathers. Arrange the feathers so that they stick upright like Hawk Girl. Allow the mask to dry completely.
- 3). Put on a bright yellow strapless one-piece bathing suit.
- 4). Put on black stretch pants over the yellow bathing suit.
- 5). Put on red brief underwear over the stretch pants. This will resemble Hawk Girl's outfit.
- 6). Lay a pair of fairy wings with arm straps onto newspapers, and paint both sides with matte brown spray paint. Allow the paint to dry.
- 7). Put on the feathered face mask and wings, and your Hawk Girl costume is complete.
