- 1). Punch out two 1/2-inch circles from the color of paper that you want to use for the dog's body.
- 2). Punch out two 1/2-inch hearts from the color paper that you want for the dog's snout and ears, preferably a different color from the body so they stand out.
- 3). Punch out two 1/4-inch circles from the same color paper as the two 1/2-inch circles.
- 4). Cut one of the hearts in half down the center so you have two teardrop shapes.
- 5). Use your glue pen to glue the two 1/2-inch circles so they overlap each other by about 1/8 of an inch.
- 6). Lay the attached circles in front of you so that they run vertically.
- 7). Turn the paper heart that is still in one piece upside down and then use the glue pen to glue it on the top circle so that the point of the heart is about 1/8 inch down from the top of the circle. This will be the dog's snout.
- 8). Draw a black dot near the point of the heart to make the dog's nose; draw two smaller dots on either side of the point for the dog's eyes.
- 9). Glue the two teardrop shapes to either side of the top circle to make the dog's ears.
- 10
Glue the two smaller circles to the bottom of the bottom circle, on either side, to give the dog paws.
