How to Make Smileys on MySpace

    • 1). Log on to your MySpace account. To use an emoticon in your status update, click on the "Attach Mood" button, which looks like a smiley face, and is positioned below the "What do you want to share?" floating box.

    • 2). Click on the triangle to the right of the face that appears by dafault. A floating window with 45 default smileys will be appear, displaying every mood from "Angsty" to "Angry" to "Animated." The type of emotions are also listed on the left if you are unsure of the nuances of all the different emoticons.

    • 3). Click "Share" to the right of the floating window, and your newly-selected emoticon will be added to your "Stream" of thoughts, showing other users exactly how you are feeling.
