- 1). Open the GroupWise software client. Click the "Tools" menu. Click "Options," then click "Security." This opens a new configuration window.
- 2). Click the "Password" tab in the opened window. Enter your old password in the text box labeled "Old Password." In the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" text boxes, enter your desired new password.
- 3). Click the button labeled "OK." Your new password is set. The next time you open GroupWise, use this new password to access your email.
