- 1). Go to "Start" and select the main "Search" field. Type "Services.msc" and press "Enter" to open the Windows Services screen.
- 2). Browse for "Cryptographic Services" among the list of system entries, which is organized alphabetically. Double-click it to launch the service's properties menu.
- 3). Click the "Startup Type" menu and select "Automatic" to effectively enable it. If the entry is inactive while enabled, click "Start" from the "Service Status" section.
- 4). Click "OK" to exit the service's properties menu. Restart your computer for the new configuration to take effect on your system.
