Burn Fat With the Sprints Training Workout

We all want that perfect body, however most of us have some extra fat that is getting in the way of a sexy, muscle toned body.
The good news for you, there is now a workout that will burn away your extra fat, and will do this quickly.
The below burn fat workout is a great way for you to get in shape, gain muscles and lose weight all at the same time.
Here is how it works: The program is called the high intensity interval training, or sprints training.
This workout routine has been shown to burn fat quicker and more effectively than jogging or walking.
Before we get into how HIIT works, you must make sure that you stretch out your muscles.
Also, you must stay hydrated throughout your workout.
Note that this is an intense workout and if you feel like you can not perform it anymore more, then stop the routine.
Begin your fat burning workout with a 5 minute jog.
This is to get your leg muscles warmed up.
Stretch again.
Next, sprint as fast as you can for 30-60 seconds.
After you have finished your short timed sprint, jog for 1-2 minutes.
After your light jog is up, sprint once again at full speed for 30-60 seconds.
After the sprint jog for another 1-2 minutes.
Now repeat this process 6 more times.
If you can sprint longer than 1 minute, I would recommend doing so.
On the other hand if you can not sprint for 30 seconds, do not worry as you should sprint as much as you can then rest, you will eventually build up strength.
This workout routine should be performed 5 days a week.
If you stay on a tight schedule you will see quality results.
