- 1). Press "Start > Accessories > Run." A dialogue box will open.
- 2). Enter "cmd" into the dialogue box.
- 3). Press "Enter" to access the command line utility.
- 4). Type the following command into the dialogue box:
RUNDLL.EXE <dllname> - 5). Replace "<dllname>" with the name of the .dll file you want to run.
