Cleaning Vycor Glass

• 1). Spray the glass with the glass cleaner. The glass does not need to be fully covered in glass cleaner, but just make sure there is enough to cover the whole surface when it is spread around.
  
  
• 2). Fold two soft paper towels in quarters.
  
  
• 3). Rub the glass cleaner around the glass with the paper towels.
  
  
• 4). Turn the paper towels to where there is a dry surface to use.
  
  
• 5). Starting at the top corner, rub the paper towel down the length of the glass insert and back up again.
  
  
• 6). Continue until the entire glass is clean and streak-free. Repeat on the other side.
  
  

Cleaning Pyroceram

• 1). Mix 1 tbsp. of mild liquid dish detergent in with 1 gallon of warm water in a sink.
  
  
• 2). Soak the Pyroceram glassware in the solution for 10 to 15 minutes.
  
  
• 3). Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  
  
• 4). Rinse again in distilled water.
  
  
• 5). Air-dry the glass on clean, lint-free towels.
