- 1). Open iTunes.
- 2). Connect your iPod Nano to a USB port on the computer.
- 3). Click on the name of the iPod Nano in the "Devices" category on the left side of the program.
- 4). Select the "Music" option underneath the name of the iPod Nano. The music on the device will then be listed.
- 5). Choose the music you want to remove from the iPod Nano.
- 6). Click "Edit" at the top of iTunes. Choose "Delete" and the selected music will be removed from the iPod Nano.
