- 1). Place your Latitude D20 on a flat, level surface.
- 2). Slide the latch on the front of the computer and lift up the screen.
- 3). Plug in an AC adapter to the power port on the back of your Dell. If your computer's battery has a charge, you do not have to perform this step, although you may wish to do so anyway to charge up the battery.
- 4). Press the power button, which is located in the middle of the computer above the keyboard, to turn it on.
