Video Transcript
Hi, I'm Skylar. If you'd like to erase a video on a MacBook, it's a simple process and just like erasing any other file. Let's take a look at my desktop. I've got a whole lot of videos here in different formats even. I've got an MP4, another MP4, let's see several of those. I have a .mov, this came from an iPhone. I also have a bunch of FLVs and an AVI. These FLVs and AVI I actually already converted to formats that I want to use so I want to get rid of them. A shortcut to send them to the trash is hold down command and press delete. So hold down command, press delete and you hear the sound which indicates they were sent to the trash. Move your cursor down to reveal the doc and click trash to view its contents. So here I see all those files that I just sent to the trash. Now I can click empty, confirm that I want to empty the trash and those files are permanently deleted. There you go, you just erased video files on a MacBook Pro. Thanks for watching. I'm Skylar.
