- 1). Click "Start."
- 2). Right-click on "My Music."
- 3). Click "Properties."
- 4). Click "Include a Folder." Use the "Include a Folder" window that opens to select the new directory with which you want this particular folder icon to associate. When you've chosen a new directory, click "OK."
- 5). Click on the old location that the "My Music" folder icon pointed to in the "Library Locations" window onscreen. Click "Remove." Your "My Music" folder icon will now point towards the new directory you selected.
