- 1). Press the "Windows" key and the "R" key on your keyboard at the same time.
- 2). Type "services.msc" in the field and press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.
- 3). Find "Automatic Updates" in the list. Right-click it and choose "Stop." Close the window.
