- 1). Cover a counter top with waxed paper. This will be your drying area.
- 2). Cut the fabric to the size you want.
- 3). Lay a piece of cut fabric flat in the shallow tray.
- 4). Apply fabric stiffener to the piece of fabric coating the entire surface. Saturate but do not soak the fabric.
- 5). Remove the coated piece and lay flat to dry on the waxed paper. It should take about one hour, give or take, depending on the temperature and humidity. Repeat with the rest of your fabric.
