- 1). Download CCleaner and install.
- 2). Double-click the CCleaner shortcut icon placed on your desktop after installation.
- 3). Left-click the "Registry" icon located on the left side of the program window.
- 4). Click the "Scan for Issues" button located at the bottom middle of the program window.
- 5). Once the scanning is completed, click the "Fix Selected Issues" button located at the bottom of the program window.
- 6). Shut down the CCleaner software and restart to computer once the corrections are complete.
