- 1). Download QuickOffice from the application store. To download, simply enter the "app" icon on your iPhone and use the search box to find "QuickOffice." The application is available on the Apps store for $19.99.
- 2). Enter the application. A blank file will pop up, and you can type what you need right on the blank file just as you would with Microsoft Word on your computer.
- 3). Edit the text by highlighting it and changing the fonts. To do so, simply zip your finger across the area that you want highlighted. Then choose the font from the font tab at the bottom of the application.
- 4). Zoom in and out of the text. Simply place your fingers on the screen and pull them closer together to zoom in. To zoom out, simply move your fingers wider apart.
- 5). Click the save tab, located along the bottom of the screen, with your finger, and name the file as you would with Microsoft Word on your computer.
