- 1). Use Xilisoft iPod Rip and CD Ripper. Insert the CD you wish to import, select the output format and folder, and click the button that has arrows pointing in both directions to begin burning. Connect your iPod to your computer using the iPod USB cable and select the songs you wish to add to your iPod. Click the "Computer to iPod" button to sync the songs to your iPod.
- 2). Use 4Media Video Converter and iPod to PC Transfer. Download and install both programs, and run the Video Converter program first. Click the "Add File" button and click the CD's icon in the sidebar. Highlight all of the songs and click the "Open" button. Select your output format and click the "Convert" button. Once the import is complete, connect your iPod to your computer using the USB port. Click the "PC to iPod" button and select the songs you want to sync. Click "Open" to begin the transfer.
- 3). Use CopyTrans Manager and NCH Software Express Rip. Although these two programs are not associated with each other, you can use them to rip music from your CDs and transfer them to your iPod. Once downloaded and installed on your computer, insert the audio CD and import the music files to your computer using your preferred audio format. Open CopyTrans Manager and connect your iPod to your computer using the USB cable. Import the recently imported audio files to CopyTrans Manager and sync them to your iPod.
