- 1). Click "Start." Click "Control Panel" in the right panel.
- 2). Click "Accessibility Options."
- 3). Clear the boxes next to "Use Sticky Keys," "Use FilterKeys" and "Use ToggleKeys."
- 4). Click "OK" to unlock the keyboard, including the keypad.
- 1). Click "Start," then "Control Panel."
- 2). Click "Hardware and Sound," then "Mouse."
- 3). Click the "Touchpad" tab. Click "Default" under the "Touchpad" tab to reset the touchpad to its original settings.
