- 1). Unscrew the caps from the jugs and set them aside.
- 2). Peel the vinegar labels off the jars.
- 3). Empty the jars completely into the sink, making sure that all traces of the vinegar are gone.
- 4). Place a basin into the sink and fill it with hot water, adding a few drops of dishwashing detergent.
- 5). Immerse the jugs in the basin, making sure they are completely submerged.
- 6). Let the jugs soak for 20 minutes.
- 7). Use the brush to remove any residue left by the label from the exterior of the jug.
- 8). Squeeze a couple of drops onto the brush and slip it into the mouth of the jug. Scrub the interior of the jug; be sure to get everything soapy and clean.
- 9). Rinse the jug thoroughly with warm water until all of the soap bubbles are gone.

Allow the jugs to dry. - 11
Fill the jug with any liquid, including olive oil, water, lemonade or juice. You can also fill it with dried beans, rice or any other grain. - 12
Screw the caps tightly back on to the jugs.
