- 1). Turn on your T-Mobile phone and plug in the USB cable that came with it. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the USB port on your computer.
- 2). Open your "Start" menu, click on "My Computer," and then open your device's folder. It will be listed under "Devices With Removable Storage."
- 3). Click on the folder(s) you want to transfer and drag them to your desktop.
- 4). Remove your hardware by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon on the bottom right of your desktop's toolbar, and then choose to remove your device. You can now unplug your phone's USB cable.
- 5). Plug your iPhone into your computer with the USB cable that came with your phone.
- 6). Open the "Start" menu, open "My Computer," and click on your device's folder. It will be listed under "Devices With Removable Storage."
- 7). Open the folder inside your iPhone where you want to transfer your files.
- 8). Click on the folder(s) you saved on the desktop in Step 3, and drag them to the iPhone folder in which you want them to be saved.
- 9). Repeat Step 4.
