The Gist

Just about everyone remembers The Dark Crystal, Jim Henson's feature film masterpiece that told the story of Jen and Kira, the last two Gelfings alive, fighting a major battle between good and evil.

Legends takes us several hundred years before The Dark Crystal, to a time when the Gelfings' world was thriving. But thentheir village is attacked by the Garthim, huge crab-like creatures that do the Skeksis' bidding. Now Lahr and Neffi - two quiet and peaceful Gelfings - are forced to face the unthinkable: a war with the Garthim.
