- 1). Use puffy paint, or 3-D paint, to make an outline on the glass container. Make the outline in shape you wish and allow it to dry. If you want, you can use a washable marker to make the outline. This way, if you make a mistake, you can simply wash the jar. If you feel fully confident, you can make the outline with the paint first.
- 2). Place the glue onto your palette. Add in a drop of dishwasher soap and some food coloring. Mix the components together.
- 3). Test your mixture in the area you wish to paint. If the appearance doesn’t please you, add some more food coloring to your mixture.
- 4). Paint within the outlines using your mixture. If you get a bubble, simply paint over it to make it go away. Allow the jar to dry.
