- 1). Browse through a collection of wild boar pictures and select one that best reflects the image you intend to draw.
- 2). Sketch the head of the wild boar. Notice the basic shape of the boar's head. Use light pencil lines to sketch out the head.
- 3). Sketch the body of the boar. Continue using light pencil lines.
- 4). Add facial features, tail and legs.
- 5). Add texture to the boar's body. Add some foreground and background features including grass, bushes and trees.
- 6). Outline the entire body and all of the details of the wild boar with the ink pen. Wait several minutes for the ink to dry, then erase all of the pencil marks from the paper.
- 7). Pick a point for the sunlight source. Reflect highlight in certain areas on the animal, its eyes and background.
- 8). Shade the wild boar with either the pen or the pencil. Sign and date your work.
