- 2). Sew the teddy bear head to the center of the body using the 12-inch end of yarn left on the head. Glue the 1/2-inch brown pompom in the center of the head for the nose. Glue on each of the wiggly eyes. Allow the glue to dry 30 minutes.
- 3). Position the 4 1/2-inch brown felt circles on the back of the teddy bear body. Hand sew the felt circles in place leaving a 1-inch gap straight above the top of the teddy bear head for stuffing. Stuff each body once the felt circles are sewn into place.
- 4). Insert the ends of the head band into the 1-inch openings. Slide the headband into the openings until 12 inches of the headband is left exposed. This will fit a child. Allow an extra 1 to 2 inches for an adult. Pin the earmuffs to the fabric-covered headband.
- 5). Sew the headband to the earmuff along the area where the felt and the crocheting join the headband.
