- 1). Pour 1 tbsp. of white vinegar into a bowl. Follow with 3 tbsp. of water.
- 2). Dampen a clean cloth in the diluted vinegar solution. Scrub the salt stains on your tennis shoes. As the stains are lifted rinse the cloth and add more vinegar solution. Continue to wipe off the salt stains until the white stains and lines have disappeared.
- 3). Press a dry cloth into the surface of your tennis shoes to wick out excess moisture. Set the tennis shoes in a dry location, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, and allow them to dry completely.
