- 1). Connect the yellow RCA cable to the "Out" port of the television. There is no need to use the red and white sound cables because the computer monitor does not play sound.
- 2). Attach an RCA to VGA adapter onto the free end of the yellow cable.
- 3). Connect a VGA cable to the VGA end of the adapter and make sure it is securely fastened.
- 4). Plug the free end of the VGA cable into the computer monitor and turn on both the television and computer monitor. The monitor should display what is on the television.
