- 1). Click on "Start" and then click on "All Programs" in the Start menu.
- 2). Click on "Windows Media Center" to run the program. If you are opening Windows Media Center for the first time you will have to set it up and a "Quick Setup" dialog box will open. If not then go straight to step 4.
- 3). Click on "Express Setup" and then click on "Next" to complete the setup.
- 4). Wait for any automatic downloads to finish before trying to use any of the program's features.
- 1). Open Windows Media Center. From the Start page there are three ways you can access Internet TV. You can search for a particular show or term, view a guide that gives Internet TV listings in a program schedule or view Top 10 guides that link directly to content.
Find the buttons for these in a strip across the middle of the screen. - 2). Click on one of these three buttons to access the relevant programs list.
- 3). Click on a program to start watching.
- 4). Control the video using a Windows Media Center remote or by clicking on the buttons located on the control bar at the bottom of the screen. The remote and the control bar both contain buttons to pause, play, fast-forward, rewind, skip-ahead, skip-back, control the volume and return to the main menu.
