- 1). Put on gloves and a face mask to protect yourself from the mold. Pour 1 cup hydrogen peroxide and 2 cups hot water in a spray bottle. Shake to mix well.
- 2). Spray the affected areas of the wall with the peroxide solution, and let it sit for at least an hour. Respray the wall, then remove the mold with a scrub brush. Continue to scrub the wall until all of the mold is removed.
- 3). Rinse the wall well with a sponge and hot water.
- 1). Fill a spray bottle with white vinegar. Do not add water.
- 2). Spray the moldy walls with the vinegar. Do not rinse.
- 3). Wait a day or two, and respray the walls with straight vinegar to ensure that all of the mold is gone.
