However, the DS32424 can accept video inputs with up to 800 lines of pixels. Modern high-definition (HD) TVs, in comparison, have picture resolutions of 1,080 lines.

    Power

    • The internal power supply of the Sanyo DS32424 requires an alternating current (AC) of 120 Volts (V), 60 Hertz (Hz) in order to operate. During normal operation, the DS32424 consumes power at a rate of 100 watts (W) or 100 joules per second.

    Audio Specifications

    • The Sanyo DS32424 uses two speakers of approximately 3.9 inches (10 cm) in diameter. The TV utilizes a built-in amplifier.

    Inputs and Outputs

    • The Sanyo DS32424 has several inputs and outputs for attaching external devices. These include one video input, two audio inputs, two S-video inputs, one fixed RCA audio output, one variable RCA audio output, one Y, Pb, Pr-R/L component audio/video (AV) input and one 75-ohm ultra high frequency (UHF), very high frequency (VHF) and cable television (CATV) antenna input.

    Tuning System

    • For receiving television broadcast signals, the Sanyo DS32424 utilizes a 181-channel tuning system. This tuning system can supply channels 2 through 13 using UVF, channels 14 through 69 using UHF and channels 1 as well as 14 through 125 using CATV.
