- 1). Make sure that the power cord is plugged in if the CX32D60 TV is not powered up. If the power cord is not plugged in, plug it into an empty power outlet.
- 2). Remove any appliances near the CX32D60 TV if the picture is distorted. Appliances cause interference with the CX32D60 TV's electronics.
- 3). Turn off the TV and let it cool if the color disappears. This is called color shading and is caused when the TV is moved when it is on. Turning the TV off for 30 minutes fixes the problem.
