- 1). Power on your iPod and select "Videos" from the main menu.
- 2). Choose "Video Settings" from the resulting menu.
- 3). Switch the "TV Out" mode to "On" by clicking it.
- 4). Plug your iPod A/V cable into your iPod by plugging it into either the power input or headphone jack. A/V cables vary in design so refer to your instruction manual if you don't know which end plugs into your iPod.
- 5). Plug the other end of your iPod's A/V cable into your television. Again, this step varies depending on the A/V cable you purchased so refer to your cable's instruction manual for exact connection instructions.
- 6). Power on your television and change the TV's input to the same one your plugged your A/V cable into.
- 7). Play a movie on your iPod. The picture will stream to your television.
