How to Lose Love Handles and Look Leaner Than Ever

One of the biggest problems people face when trying to get rid of stomach fat is getting rid of the last 4-10 pounds.
It just seems to be so stubborn.
And the problem is made all the more worse as that last bit of fat tends to be contained around he waist/hip area giving rise to the term 'love handles', or another term used a lot is 'spare tyre'.
So, is there a way to get rid of those love handles and can you really get rid of them forever? To start with there is no way of doing any type of 'spot' fat reduction.
And what I mean by that is you have no real control over burning fat on any particular part of your body.
Your body metabolises fat all over your body when you carry out any sort of controlled exercise routine.
As a result any program that claims that you can reduce your love handles by doing very specific love handle exercises should not be taken seriously.
Your body will burn fat all over so what you need to concentrate on is pretty much everything that you've been doing up until now but making sure that you are doing everything a little more perfectly.
For example, one of the most effective ways of losing body fat, and love handle fat, is a combination of high intensity interval type training and bodyweight type exercises.
All these can be done in the comfort of your own home and when you couple these very effective training routines with a precise nutrition program you will eventually start to see those final pounds melting off.
One of the problems with cardio type exercises is that they tend to be long and boring but as they don't promote any weight training they tend to help you lose more muscle weight than body fat.
So in order to get your fat burning even more efficiently you really do need to start introducing more routines, which allow you to build a bit more muscle.
This has the added benefit of helping your body's metabolism work to burn fat more efficiently but it also helps to burn the fat even longer when coupled with high intensity interval training sessions.
Learning how to lose love handles should always be done with the aid of a very structured training and nutrition program.
Yes you can find loads of free information on the Internet but this generally are just bits and pieces that you plug together to make up your own program.
This is not nearly as effective as learning from a proper training and nutrition guide, and it's highly likely you'll end up spending far longer trying to get rid of those love handles.
