How to Add Graphite to Conductive Silicone

1). Pour about one-quarter cup of adhesive into a small cup.
2). Add about two tablespoons of graphite powder to the mix. Stir the graphite into the adhesive with a stirring stick until the mixture is smooth and completely mixed.
3). Add more graphite powder or glue, as necessary, to create a creamy mixture that does not contain lumps.
4). Test the conductivity of the graphite and silicone adhesive by painting a small amount onto a circuit board. Connect a test circuit to both sides of the adhesive to test whether the adhesive can carry the current. Add more powder if the connectivity is too weak. When you are happy with the ratios, use the same ratios for future batches.
