- 1). Measure out a dose of one to two tablets of 10 million to 1 billion colony-forming units (CFU) per tablet.
- 2). Insert the dosage into the vagina once or twice per day and cover with a pad. If only once a day, insert it just before going to sleep.
- 3). Consult a physician before application to patients under age 18.
