- 1). Click the "Windows Explorer" icon on your PC's desktop or click the "Finder" icon on your Macintosh computer's screen dock.
- 2). Locate the "Frostwire" folder in the Windows Explorer or Finder window and double-click the folder to open it.
- 3). Right-click the downloaded song and select "Open with" from the shortcut menu. Click "iTunes" on the shortcut menu.
- 4). Plug the iPod cable into the bottom of the iPod and into the USB port on your computer.
- 5). Click the iPod bar in the iTunes source list and select the "Music" tab in the iTunes window.
- 6). Select the box next to "Sync Music" and click "Entire music library" or "Selected playlists, artists and genres." Check the box next to the artist of the recently imported music and click the "Apply" button.
