- 1). Combine the following ingredients in a medium-sized bowl: 1/2 cup of almond oil, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil. For the vitamin E oil, simply break open a vitamin E gel cap.
- 2). Add 1 cup of brown sugar to the bowl, and mix all the ingredients together with a spoon.
- 3). Apply the mixture to your face, neck and body with your hands. Scrub your skin well with your hands, followed by a washcloth, then rinse well and pat the skin dry with a clean towel.
- 1). Use 1/4 cup of cucumber, and puree it in a blender until it's liquified.
- 2). Combine the liquified cucumber with 1 teaspoon each of almond oil and jojoba oil and 2 tablespoon each of oatmeal and plain unflavored yogurt in a medium-sized bowl. Mix the ingredients together until it has reached a paste-like consistency.
- 3). Apply the scrub in a circular motion on your face and body. Massage the mixture into the skin with your hands, then use hot and cold water alternatively to rinse the scrub off. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
