Beyonce Knowles has (arguably) become the most famous musician to ever come out of Houston. The pop R&B songstress has won numerous Grammys, sold millions of records, and established herself as one of the most commercially appealing artists of the last decade. (Forbes reported that she earned $87 million between 2008 and 2009.)
